01
Problem
Most blind and visually-impaired children in India don't learn braille at home — the educational tools are too expensive, too dull, or both.
02
Idea
A puzzle that teaches by touch. Each piece carries the braille for a letter; assembled, the pieces spell the word and form the shape of the object.
03
Execution
3D-printed pieces — affordable to produce, easy to ship as files. Distributed free through 176 local centers across India.
04
Impact
A literacy tool delivered as a toy. A 3D printer file became a national program.
